Position Description

Management scientists operate on a uniquely broad front, assisting public policy makers at all levels, private sector leaders in many industries, and the public at large in efforts to strengthen the nation's economy, maintain its security, and improve its quality of life. They do so by analyzing choices and issues in many policy areas, including health care, national defense, education and training, criminal and civil justice, labor and population, science and technology, and community development.


Education Requirements

PhD in management science, business, organizational science, public administration or other related field, with demonstrable expertise in applying management concepts to decision-making (you may also apply if you are at the dissertation stage and expect to complete your PhD within 12 months).  MS/BS considered when paired with significant career expertise.
