RAND is seeking an experienced research programmer with particular focus on supporting our JCATS modeling activities. The position requires the design and development of JCATS scenarios and the ability to work with researchers using JCATS in analysis. Knowledge of JCATS software and the ability to represent military operations in the model is required. Experience in developing and programming models/simulations is strongly preferred.
Specific technical skills required:
B.A./B.S is required, preferably in a field of study related to information systems. MS/MA is preferred.
2 years minimum.
U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance.
