Position Description

The RAND Corporation is seeking a Digital Production Lead to help coordinate the development and production of innovative, multi-disciplinary, digital-research and outreach products. Using his/her knowledge of best practices in project management and storytelling in digital and multimedia, web and traditional publishing, this position will be responsible for facilitating cross-departmental execution of integrated outreach and dissemination packages and products. Working with both creative and technical teams, the digital lead plays a key role in orchestrating delivery of traditional and digital assets including feature articles, interactive research-based tools, infographics, video, and other digital outreach products. As a pioneering member of a ‘digital first’ publishing team, this position exercises discretion, attention to detail and independent judgment.
