The RAND Corporation is seeking a Prospect Research Specialist for our Development department. This position will be responsible for compiling prospect research reports and analyzing prospect and donor data and strategies to maximize and expand the donor base in support of department management and the Development Officers. We need someone who can ensure technology and tools are aligned to achieve fundraising objectives. This position reports to the Analytics and Reporting Manager.
